I had a large purchase of white resin padded chairs and black chivari chairs. Just last weekend we noticed a seat cushion from the white chair was ripped. I send an email to the address on the website asking for a suggested repair. Within in hour I was contacted and generously gifted a new cushion. I also spoke to a sales rep, Will, who was phenomenal! He knows inventory product info and was so easy to speak with. I really had a lovely experience with their customer service! We will definitely order more products in the future.
